PTFE Composite Piston Rings
Self-lubricating PTFE-filled composite rings compress air without any oil entering the cylinder. Rated for 4,000+ running hours before replacement. Carbon-graphite rider rings guide the piston centrally to prevent metal-to-wall contact and eliminate particle contamination.
ISO 8573-1 Class 0 Certified
The highest air-purity classification — zero detectable oil aerosol, zero oil vapour, zero oil liquid. Mandatory for direct food-contact packaging, pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing, breathing air systems and medical device production. Eliminates costly downstream oil filtration.
Crosshead Crankcase Isolation
The crosshead assembly and labyrinth oil scrapers create a physical barrier between the lubricated crankcase and the dry compression cylinder. Even under high-pressure differential or worn seals, no oil pathway exists into the compression chamber — a fundamental design guarantee.
Low Discharge Temperature
Deep-finned cast iron cylinders and heads dissipate heat efficiently without an oil film. Cooler cylinder temperatures preserve PTFE ring integrity and extend ring life. Two-stage units include an intercooler between stages to further reduce temperature and improve volumetric efficiency.
No Oil Changes, Minimal Upkeep
Eliminate oil changes, oil separator replacement and oil filter costs entirely. Service schedule reduces to: inlet air filter (500 hrs), PTFE piston rings (4,000 hrs) and valve inspection (8,000 hrs). Total cost of ownership is significantly lower than oil-flooded machines with downstream filtration.
Stainless Steel Valves & Fittings
All wetted parts in contact with compressed air — valve plates, valve seats, discharge pipework and manifolds — are stainless steel or PTFE-lined. No corrosion, no scale, no metal particles entering the air stream. Suitable for GMP environments where material traceability is required.
