SCREW AIR COMPRESSOR
continuous duty, made efficient.
Our rotary screw air compressors deliver smooth, continuous compressed air for round-the-clock industrial duty. Available as base-mounted and tank-mounted units with direct-drive PM motor VFD technology that matches output precisely to your air demand.
Every screw compressor is professionally installed and commissioned, then backed by genuine spares, preventive maintenance contracts and 24×7 breakdown assistance — for maximum uptime at minimum energy cost.
PRECISION ENGINEERING
at the core of every unit.
A rotary screw compressor works by trapping air between two meshing helical rotors (male & female screws) and compressing it as the volume between the rotor profiles decreases. Oil-injected into the compression chamber seals rotor clearances, lubricates the rotors and absorbs heat — delivering cool, continuous compressed air with minimal pulsation and vibration.
Our units feature a direct-drive permanent magnet (PM) motor with VFD — no belts, no gearboxes, no transmission losses. The inverter matches compressor speed precisely to your actual air demand, cutting energy consumption by up to 35% versus fixed-speed machines.
BUILT FOR PERFORMANCE
every detail engineered.
Direct Drive PM Motor
Permanent magnet motor directly coupled to the air-end — eliminates belt slip and gearbox losses. IE4 super-premium efficiency class with up to 35% energy saving over fixed-speed compressors.
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
Inverter-controlled motor speed matches output to real-time demand. No more load/unload cycling — pressure is held within ±0.1 bar with smooth, continuous operation and reduced electrical peak current on start-up.
Smart Touch Controller
Colour touch-screen PLC monitors running hours, discharge temperature, pressure, filter status and fault history. Remote monitoring via RS-485 / Modbus / IoT module. Auto-restart after power failure with configurable restart delay.
Integrated Cooling System
Built-in oil cooler and aftercooler keep discharge air temperature within 10°C of ambient. Large-area aluminium fin-and-tube heat exchangers with thermostatic bypass valve maintain optimum oil viscosity in all ambient conditions up to 45°C.
Oil Separation & Low Carry-Over
Three-stage oil separation — gravity, centrifugal and coalescing element — reduces oil carry-over to <3 ppm. Screw-in oil separator element with optional minimum-pressure valve maintains 4 bar back-pressure for efficient separation at low loads.
Low Noise & Vibration
Sound-attenuating canopy with acoustic foam lining keeps noise to 62–72 dB(A) — suitable for in-plant installation without a separate compressor room. Anti-vibration mounts isolate the air-end from the frame for long bearing life.
