Tank Mounted Compressors
Product Overview

TANK MOUNTED COMPRESSORS
compact, plug-and-play power.

3 – 30 HP 10 – 120 CFM 200 – 500 L Receiver All-in-One Unit Space Saving

Tank mounted compressors combine the compressor and air receiver tank in a single compact, plug-and-play unit — ideal where floor space is tight and quick installation matters. The built-in receiver stabilises pressure and smooths out demand peaks.

Available in a range of capacities to suit workshops, garages and production lines, every unit comes with professional installation, genuine spares and 24×7 breakdown assistance.

Integrated Design

ONE UNIT, COMPLETE
plug in and start compressing.

A tank mounted compressor is a fully self-contained compressed-air station. The compressor pump, motor, drive assembly, pressure switch, safety valve, outlet valve and receiver tank are all mounted together on a single rigid base frame — factory-wired, factory-tested and ready to run straight out of the truck.

Unlike a separate compressor + receiver installation that requires interconnecting pipework, structural supports and pressure-tested joints on site, a tank mounted unit needs just one electrical connection and one outlet fitting. Installation time drops from a day to under an hour — with no plumbing or structural work required.

Key Features

EVERYTHING INCLUDED,
NOTHING TO ADD
engineered for simplicity.

All-in-One Factory-Tested Unit

Compressor pump, motor, V-belt drive, pressure switch, safety valve and receiver tank are assembled, aligned and pressure-tested as a single unit before dispatch. No on-site assembly surprises — what leaves our workshop is exactly what goes into service.

Built-in IBR Receiver Tank

200–500 L IBR-certified pressure vessel mounted vertically beneath the compressor head. Acts as an air buffer — absorbing demand peaks, reducing short-cycling frequency, smoothing system pressure and allowing compressor rest periods that cool the pump and extend motor life.

Auto Pressure Switch & Unloader

Factory-preset pressure switch monitors system pressure and automatically stops the motor at the upper set-point (e.g. 8 bar) and restarts at the lower (e.g. 6 bar). An unloader valve vents the compressor head on each stop so the motor re-starts against zero back-pressure — reducing motor stress and electricity peak draw.

Compact Space-Saving Footprint

Vertical tank mounting stacks the receiver directly under the compressor rather than alongside it — reducing floor footprint by 40–60% vs a separate compressor + standalone receiver arrangement. Ideal for workshops, garages and production corners where every square metre counts.

Certified Safety Components

Every unit ships with a calibrated pressure gauge, BIS-certified safety/relief valve (set 10% above max working pressure), thermal overload relay on the motor starter and a manual drain valve at the bottom of the receiver. Fully compliant with Indian Factories Act pressure vessel regulations.

Easy Maintenance Access

V-belt tensioner, oil fill/drain, inlet air filter, valve plates and pressure switch are all accessible from the front without moving the unit. Belt guard is tool-removable for quick belt inspection. Oil sight glass visible without crouching. Designed so a single technician can complete a full service in under 45 minutes.
